4. The adjusting machine of the cup head screw forming machine, the adjusting machine of the half-tooth cup head forming, and a male mold before the machine is installed, adjust the forming height h in the mold according to the forming drawing design; Install the one to three female molds on the female mold, wherein the internal depths l1, l2 and l3 of the mold are pre-allocated according to the design of the forming drawing;
5. Forming and cutting, by moving the movable scissors in one direction, the wire clamped in the shearing mold is cut into the required blank; the stamping mold passes through the half-tooth cup head forming conditioner or the full-tooth cup head forming conditioner After being formed by the forming machine;
6, rubbing teeth, that is, cold heading blank unscrewing, with a rubbing machine to form a tooth shape;
7. Post-treatment of cup head screw rubbing teeth: heat treatment is carried out on the screw after rubbing teeth, and electroplating treatment is carried out after heat treatment to improve the antioxidant effect.
