Solution of Special Screw Friction Flat Tail Heavy Tooth

The flat tail of the special screw means that there is a lot of material in the tail that cannot be cut. Generally speaking, it is caused by the following reasons.

1. The tooth groove on the elevation angle of the special screw is too wide and deep, and the feed is too much to discharge. 2. After pressing down, the trimming angle is too small and the material is too much. In both cases, use a steel file to push the elevation angle inward in the elevation direction of the elevation position to increase the elevation angle and reduce the amount of material. In addition, when adjusting the machine, loosen the teeth to reduce the amount of material at the tip of the head. For example, the loose point of the feed end and the tight point of the forming zone can also solve the tailing problem. 3. Controlling the length of the blank light nail is also very helpful to solve the tailing problem. 4. There is a tip on the tail tooth, and the solution is the same as that of tailings. The key is to control the length of the light armor and solve the problem of the cusp of the tail teeth. 5, double line: generally there are several situations:
(1) When adjusting the machine, the tooth profile is not aligned. When the light nail line is squeezed, a loose and a tight is likely to lead to heavy teeth. Generally speaking, this problem can be solved by trying to move the movable board up and down several times;
(2) When adjusting the tooth plate, the two pieces are not on the same side, which will also cause uneven extrusion and easily cause double teeth;
(3) When adjusting the machine, the gap between the sliding surface of the movable plate and the worktable is too large, and the vibration during extrusion is too large, which is easy to cause heavy teeth;
(4) When the feeding area is too tight, it is easy to cause tooth adjustment;
(5) The anti-slip teeth on the dental plate are carved too deep. At this time, use a triangular rhombus file to block the anti-slip teeth in the direction of the tooth groove, and smooth the burrs on both sides of the tooth groove to reduce friction;
(6) The width and depth of the chamfer of the two templates are inconsistent. The above points can basically solve the defects of friction flat tail heavy teeth. If not, we should consider sending the tooth replacement plate to the screw factory for repair.
In the manufacturing and forming process of special screws, a die is very important for the quality stability and use value of the finished product. The first die extrudes a stable proportion of the first die from the wire diameter of the wire, so that the second die is formed correctly, and the service life of the cross die, straight die or plum blossom die is prolonged to achieve the purpose of use.
Special screw molds usually use movable molds. It has the advantage that all the length of wire required by the head is fed into the mold for packaging. The die surface is contacted with the die surface by a spring and then pressed out. The die is moved in the die sleeve to press the shape of the front end of the die from the wound wire. Move the punch back. The spring presses the mold to the normal position to prevent bending or wrinkling; the parallel extrusion of the wire makes the fiber streamline normally, which can avoid the fear of cracking the punch filter. The diameter of a die should not be too large. As a result, after the second stamping, the spiral head shape will be layered, and there will be a wrinkle in the middle of the head shape. The diameter of the mold should not be too small, otherwise the middle is unstable, sometimes to the left, sometimes to the right, the special screw cross punch is easy to break and difficult to adjust.
