What are the industrial screw materials?

People often hold a screw and can't tell what the material is. In fact, they can sometimes tell a thing or two by the naked eye and hand feeling alone. So, what materials are generally available? Industrial screws are made of copper, aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel (iron) and titanium according to major categories. Some use gold, but very few.

1. Copper includes pure copper (T2,T3), oxygen-free copper (TU0,TU1,TU2) and phosphorus deoxidized copper (TP1,TP2). In actual production, there are usually 59, 59-1, 62, 65, 68, 70 and other copper, as well as brass, copper and bronze.

2. Carbon steel is our commonly used iron screws. There are low, medium and high distinctions. The difference is mainly in the hardness level. Low carbon steel: Q235, 1018, 1022 is mainly used for 4.8 grade bolts and 4 grade nuts, small screws and other non-hardness products. Medium carbon steel: No. 35, No. 45 steel.
